Built for a client.
Now part of the stack.

Omnispect was developed in response to a recurring pattern. 360-degree video capture had become the efficient way to inspect confined-space and linear assets: pipelines, cooling tower interiors, storage tank interiors, tunnels. But the annotation and reporting tooling was a mess. Either general-purpose video annotation with no engineering discipline, or specialist tools priced out of reach.

We built Omnispect to bring engineering rigour to 360-degree inspection video. Structured defect taxonomy, bounding polygons and leader lines for spatial reference, zoom insets for severity verification, and a reporting workflow tied to Pr Eng sign-off.

The tool is now deployed on energy and industrial engagements across cooling towers, process plant interiors, storage tanks, and confined-space linear assets.

What the tool
actually does.

Omnispect turns 360-degree video into a structured engineering deliverable. Every detected defect is classified, measured, spatially referenced in the 360 frame, and linked to a repair methodology. The output is an audit report suitable for operator engineering teams and insurers.

The interface is designed for engineering review rather than video annotation. The workflow mirrors what a condition auditor would do on-site, but applied to the captured video after demobilisation.

Omnispect is used primarily on energy and industrial engagements: cooling towers, storage tanks, refinery interiors, process plant, and linear assets (pipelines, tunnels, ducts).

Typical deployment pairs Omnispect with a DJI M350 RTK external capture plus a 360-degree internal capture, producing a complete asset audit that would historically have required scaffolding and multi-day manual inspection.
